I thought I’d take the time to thank you for all your help with the flu and associated dramas, and to let you know that I feel really well now.
Physically I have been building up my strength and have been cutting hedges and going on long bike rides to get fit again as I start childcare again next week. This has not destroyed me as I’ve been careful not to overdo it.
Also, after all the argent nit (?) I am feeling remarkably calm. Dominica has had a very stressful week and rang me in a panic but I was able to tell her, and myself, calmly, that generally it wouldn't be not problem. And I didn’t panic and stress all week.
